Since its establishment, Comfort World’s manufacturing facilities have maintained the highest standards of quality control and assurance adhering to the QCP (Quality Control Procedures) for efficient and effective operations.

Every aspect of Comfort World’s manufacturing process is monitored by its Quality Control Procedures which is in compliance with the ISO 900 & ISO 13485 certification standard. The QCP also requires a series of tests performed during assembly of the product, assuring that the best quality standards have been applied in every step of the manufacturing process.

All of our manufacturing facilities begin with materials provided by suppliers we have long-term partnerships with; the suppliers also put great emphasis in quality, ensuring the finest raw materials. With degreed scientists and material specialists as a part of the staff, Comfort World tests and tracks all shipments in order to ascertain that they meet our stringent specification requirements prior to being incorporated into our manufacturing process.
